The new location for Project Pride is the rehabilitation of a formerly vacant and blighted single-room occupancy hotel in west Oakland on the EBCRP Continuum of Care Campus. Project Pride is reserved for pregnant and parenting women with special needs, and their children. All 20 transitional and permanents units are restricted to households earning no more than 35% of the area median income. Extensive supportive services will be provided on site. The project was completed Summer 2012.
Since 2006 Bonnewit Development Services has worked with the East Bay Community Recovery Project (EBCRP) to develop internal capacity and provide Owner’s Rep- resentative services.
