Kenneth Henry Court (KHC) is a 51 unit multifamily affordable development for low-income families in East Oakland. Kenneth Henry Court opened in 1992 and is a property composed of four separate buildings. The property was first developed by Oakland Community Housing, Inc. (“OCHI”). OCHI is no longer operating or a functioning entity. Satellite Housing foreclosed upon the property and achieved site control in 2011. The property is undergoing significant repairs in almost every unit and in the communal areas while the property remains occupied. The project will be complete in Winter 2012/13.
