The Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Perman- ent Housing consists of seven permanent supportive housing units in two buildings in West Oakland for homeless people with serious mental illness and histories of incarceration. Wrap around supportive services provided. The project was completed in the Summer of 2012.
